Common questions about billing, payments, and subscriptions.

Payments

When am I charged?

Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout. Recurring payments are charged automatically on the same day each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are in EUR. Your bank or payment provider handles currency conversion if needed.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons:

  • Insufficient funds - Check your account balance
  • Card expired - Update your payment method in the dashboard
  • Bank security block - Contact your bank to authorize the payment
  • 3D Secure failed - Retry and complete the verification step

Can I get a refund?

Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Where are my invoices?

All invoices are available in your Dashboard under Billing. You can download PDF invoices for each payment.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
  2. Click Cancel on the subscription you want to end
  3. Choose Cancel at end of period (keep access until billing period ends) or Cancel immediately

What happens when I cancel?

  • Scheduled cancel: Your server stays active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges.
  • Immediate cancel: Your server is stopped and resources are released right away.

Can I reactivate a canceled subscription?

If you scheduled a cancellation (cancel at end of period), you can reactivate anytime before the period ends — just click Reactivate on the subscription.

If the subscription was fully canceled, contact support to restore it.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Billing cycle changes (e.g., monthly to yearly) take effect at the next renewal. Contact [email protected] to request a change.

What do the tiers include?

Each tier provides dedicated CPU, RAM, and storage:
