Subscription Management

Manage your game server subscriptions from the Reactor dashboard.

Viewing Subscriptions​

  1. Log in at reactor-servers.com
  2. Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
  3. View all active, canceled, and pending subscriptions

Each subscription shows:

  • Server name and game type
  • Current tier (Bronze at launch)
  • Billing cycle and next payment date
  • Subscription status

Subscription Statuses​

StatusMeaning
ActiveServer is running, payments are current
PendingAwaiting first payment or provisioning
CanceledScheduled to end at period end (server still running)
ExpiredBilling period ended after cancellation

Canceling a Subscription​

Your server keeps running until your current billing period ends. No further charges.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
  2. Click Cancel on the subscription
  3. Select Cancel at end of period
  4. Confirm cancellation

You can Reactivate anytime before the period ends.

Cancel Immediately​

Your server is stopped and cleaned up right away.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
  2. Click Cancel on the subscription
  3. Select Cancel immediately
  4. Confirm — this action cannot be undone
Data Loss

Immediate cancellation deletes your server data. Download backups first if you want to keep your world.

Reactivating a Subscription​

If you scheduled a cancellation (cancel at end of period):

  1. Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
  2. Find the subscription marked as "Canceled"
  3. Click Reactivate
  4. Your subscription continues as normal — no new payment needed

Changing Tiers​

Tier changes are coming later: at launch only the Bronze tier is available. See Changing Your Server Tier for details.

Payment Method​

Your subscription uses the payment method from your initial checkout. To update it:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Future payments will use the new method
