Subscription Management
Manage your game server subscriptions from the Reactor dashboard.
Viewing Subscriptions
- Log in at reactor-servers.com
- Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
- View all active, canceled, and pending subscriptions
Each subscription shows:
- Server name and game type
- Current tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Billing cycle and next payment date
- Subscription status
Subscription Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Server is running, payments are current |
| Pending | Awaiting first payment or provisioning |
| Canceled | Scheduled to end at period end (server still running) |
| Expired | Billing period ended after cancellation |
Canceling a Subscription
Cancel at End of Period (Recommended)
Your server keeps running until your current billing period ends. No further charges.
- Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
- Click Cancel on the subscription
- Select Cancel at end of period
- Confirm cancellation
You can Reactivate anytime before the period ends.
Cancel Immediately
Your server is stopped and cleaned up right away.
- Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
- Click Cancel on the subscription
- Select Cancel immediately
- Confirm — this action cannot be undone
Data Loss
Immediate cancellation deletes your server data. Download backups first if you want to keep your world.
Reactivating a Subscription
If you scheduled a cancellation (cancel at end of period):
- Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
- Find the subscription marked as "Canceled"
- Click Reactivate
- Your subscription continues as normal — no new payment needed
Changing Tiers
You can upgrade or downgrade your server tier at any time. See Changing Your Server Tier for details.
Payment Method
Your subscription uses the payment method from your initial checkout. To update it:
- Go to Dashboard > Billing
- Update your payment method
- Future payments will use the new method
