Quick Start​

Once SCUM servers are orderable:

  1. Configure - Set PvP/PvE and difficulty
  2. Launch - Server starts in 5-10 minutes
  3. Join - Connect via in-game browser

FAQ​

How do I join my server?​

In SCUM:

  1. Launch the game
  2. Click "Play"
  3. Click "Online" tab
  4. Search for your server name
  5. Click "Join"

Or use console: Press T and type /connect IP:PORT

How do I configure metabolism?​

In server settings:

  1. Choose metabolism complexity:
    • Realistic: Full simulation (hardcore)
    • Simplified: Basic needs (normal)
    • Disabled: No metabolism (arcade)
  2. Adjust rates (hunger/thirst speed)
  3. Restart the server

What's the difference between PvP and PvE?​

PvP: Full combat, raid bases, loot players, high stakes

PvE: No combat, fight zombies, cooperative, safe bases

How do I become admin?​

  1. Get your Steam64 ID
  2. Add it to server config via dashboard
  3. Restart the server
  4. In-game, use admin commands:
    • #Login password - Authenticate
    • #SpawnItem - Spawn items
    • #GodMode - Invincibility

What are the best settings for hardcore survival?​

For maximum difficulty:

  • Metabolism: Realistic
  • Loot Multiplier: 0.5x
  • Puppet Multiplier: 2x
  • Fame Points: Expensive respawns
  • Weather: Extreme
