Cancellation Policy

We believe in keeping things fair and transparent. Cancel anytime with no hidden fees.

How to Cancel​

  1. Log in at reactor-servers.com
  2. Go to Dashboard > Subscriptions
  3. Click Cancel on the subscription
  4. Choose your cancellation type

Cancellation Types​

Cancel at End of Period​

  • Your server keeps running until the current billing period ends
  • No further charges after the current period
  • You can reactivate anytime before the period ends
  • This is the recommended option

Cancel Immediately​

  • Your server is stopped right away
  • Server data is deleted (download backups first!)
  • No refund for the remaining days in your billing period
  • This cannot be undone

What Happens to Your Data​

Scheduled Cancellation​

Your server runs normally until the billing period ends. After expiry:

  • Server is stopped
  • Data is kept for 7 days as a grace period
  • After 7 days, all server data is permanently deleted

Immediate Cancellation​

  • Server is stopped immediately
  • K8s resources are cleaned up
  • Data is permanently deleted
Download Backups First

Before canceling, download any backups you want to keep from Dashboard > Server > Backups.

Refund Policy​

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Contact [email protected] for a full refund
  • After 14 days: No refund for the current billing period, but no further charges
  • Yearly/Quarterly plans: Prorated refunds may be available — contact support

Reactivation​

Before Period Ends​

If you canceled with "cancel at end of period", click Reactivate in your subscriptions — your subscription continues seamlessly.

After Full Cancellation​

Contact [email protected]. If your data is still within the 7-day grace period, we can restore it.
